Become a Technique Patron

Support the ongoing research and documentation of global ukulele playing by becoming a Technique Patron in the Ukulele Technique Compendium. As a patron, you have the unique opportunity to sponsor a specific technique, and, if you wish, select the technique yourself from the current taxonomy or from upcoming additions.

Your support will be acknowledged in three ways:

• Your name will appear in the Compendium’s Acknowledgements, recognising your contribution to the preservation and study of ukulele technique.
• Your name will be listed directly with the technique you are supporting.
• The technique will be named after you! As with any explorer, you’ll have your technique named after you. Example: Elisabeth Pfeiffer – motus pfeifferiensis

Becoming a Technique Patron is a meaningful way to contribute to musicological research, celebrate your connection to the ukulele, or honour someone special in the ukulele community.
