Looking for a focused, refreshing way to spend your afternoon? Come join us for a fun two workshops and a concert at Silence in Guelph, ON, Canada on March 14th 2026 for an all-in-one ukulele experience that starts after lunch and wraps up neatly around 4pm.
This single afternoon includes three events: Workshop 1 “Hawaii Sounds” explores the rhythmic roots of the ukulele, combining traditional Hawaiian strumming patterns with modern island techniques to expand your strumming and broaden your sound. Next comes “Zen of Practicing”, a practical, musician-to-musician workshop on how to practice well, offering clear strategies for mastering tricky spots, staying motivated, and making practice time genuinely effective.
The afternoon concludes with a concert that brings it all together, showcasing the full range of my repertoire: lyrical Beatles tunes, contemporary original compositions, and the occasional song in the spirit of Tom Lehrer.
